Welcome to Uxondoa (pronounce it oochondoa). My family and I will be happy to welcome you in our big house by the Nivelle river side, on a 6,5ha land at Saint Pée sur Nivelle, a Basque coast small town located near Saint Jean de Luz and Biarritz.
From this location you'll easily access the sea, the mountain ant the countryside. You'll need only 15mn to reach the Saint Jean de Luz beaches. You can start hiking from the house, the countryside is right there. You can also fish (gudgeon, roach, trout, salmon), in the Nivelle, the small river in the front of the house.
Uxondoa Bed and Breakfast has beenin activity since 1994. The house has been totally rebuilt with noble materials from the old construction. We kept the traditional Basque farm architecture. Wood, stones, tile-floors offer you a genuine comfort with modern facilities in luxurious vegetation surroundings.
